Desperate Housewives creator slams Pammie claims
The creator of TV show Desperate Housewives has hit out at Pamela Anderson's claims she turned down a role in the ABC comedy.
The former Baywatch babe says she was offered the role of divorced single mother Susan Mayer, which went to Teri Hatcher.
Anderson said: "Blonde is my trademark so I said no. Now I could kick myself as the show is simply great. I am hoping to persuade them to give me a guest star role."
But Desperate Housewives writer and producer Marc Cherry insists Anderson was never asked. He says, "No offer was tendered."
