Snipes loses arrest appeal

Wesley Snipes has lost a bid to cancel an arrest warrant stemming from a woman's claim that he is the father of her son.

The warrant for the Blade star's arrest was issued in New York City in 2003. His lawyer had argued that the woman had delusions about the star and that since Wesley Snipes lives in Florida, the New York court has no jurisdiction over him.
