Break-up may end in court for Pitt and Aniston
A bitter court battle looks to be on the cards for former Hollywood golden couple Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston.
Friends say a tug-of-war could develop over their fortune because they never made a pre-nuptial agreement.
The pair have promised to remain on good terms despite the break up of their four-year-old marriage but observers believe their good intentions are unlikely to hold up under the strain.
One source said: "Lawyers are already giving them advice that is not in the other's best interest."
They are said to own a huge house, a ranch, a yacht, cars and a film production company.
Meanwhile, Angelina Jolie has hit back at claims she had a part to play in the couple's split.
She says: "I've been painted as the Wicked Witch of the West and a marriage wrecker.
"But all I've ever been to Brad is a shoulder to cry on."
She claims that Brad longs to be a father and that he's been in "emotional turmoil for a long time because that hasn't happened for him".
She adds that she was there "to try to help him through his pain".
