McCririck: Kick me out of Big Brother house

John McCririck has pleaded with viewers to evict him from the Celebrity Big Brother house.

The racing pundit said Happy Mondays star Bez deserves to stay in.

“I’m a nasty piece of work, ruining the house,” he declared.

“How can anyone vote against Bez? He’s a nice guy, a decent chap, a wise guy.”

Obnoxious McCririck, 64, is confident viewers want to see the back of him.

“The British people are a wise people, a sensible people,” he said.

Either McCririck or Bez will be evicted from the Channel 4 show tonight.

But a last-minute rush of bets has seen punters back Bez to be booted out, with his odds shortening from 7/4 to 5/4 overnight.

“John has a number of fan bases, who are likely to vote to keep him in the show,” said William Hill spokesman Rupert Adams.

“He has genuine racing fans as well as viewers of Big Brother, who find him either entertaining or would like to see him incarcerated for as long as possible. So don’t be surprised to see John in the house tomorrow.”

Bez is convinced he will be the one voted out.

“I’ll be on the town tonight celebrating, watching you suffer with the rest of the nation,” he told the housemates.

And ex-Holby City actor Jeremy Edwards told McCririck: “I hate to say it but if Bez goes tonight I can’t wait to see your face.”

Bez has calmed down since yesterday when he learned he had been nominated for eviction by five housemates.

“You’re all a bunch of tossers and I won’t be seeing you when I get out of here,” he stormed.
