Pacino movie is two decades late
Screen legend Al Pacino is such a perfectionist, his forthcoming movie The Local Stigmatic took him more than 20 years to complete.
The 65-year-old directed and starred in the dark drama - based on a Heathcote Williams play Pacino first performed on stage in 1969 - and it will finally be released as a special collector's DVD later this yea, over two decades after he started work on it.
Pacino's friend explains: "He's a total perfectionist but he's turning 65 this year and felt he couldn't hang on to his labours of love for ever."
