Terminator star helps bipolar sufferers

Bipolar movie star Linda Hamilton has set up a new self-help programme to aid fellow manic depressants.

The Terminator star was diagnosed with the disorder a decade ago after years of believing she was going insane with mood swings and tantrums.

And now she wants to help others through her Complete Wellness Program.

She says: "I just feel the obligation now that I am so well to stand up and let people know that there's help.

"Hamilton reveals her new programme is simple - a mix of the right medication, nutrition, lifestyle and exercise."
