Ward returns to River Queen film
New Zealand director Vincent Ward has returned to troubled film River Queen to direct the post-production work - two months after being dumped from the production.
Film-maker Ward left the movie in October after it was hit by budget problems and was replaced by Alun Bollinger as director.
On Sunday producers Silver Screen Films and The Films Consortium announced Ward would edit the film in London.
River Queen stars Samantha Morton and Kiefer Sutherland against the backdrop of the 1860s Maori wars in the Antipodean country.
