Man shot at Ja Rule after-party

A post-concert party hosted by Ja Rule ended on a bad note early on Monday morning, when a man was shot shortly after a fight.

According to a police report, the Livin’ It Up rapper was standing near the dancefloor at Peoria, Illinois' Club Ignition, speaking to a crowd of people when someone approached him and threw a drink at him.
