Troubled legend Michael Jackson's attempts to contact his pal Elizabeth Taylor during the night have reportedly been blocked by the ailing actress' aides.

Thriller singer Jackson has long used his relationship with the veteran movie star, 72, as a platform to voice his fears - and has allegedly often called on Taylor since being charged with 10 counts relating to child molestation.
