D12 furious after lecture by Australian authorities

Eminem's rap collective D12 underwent behavioural lessons ahead of a gig in Australia, so they wouldn't upset the audience.

The My Band hitmakers were stopped and lectured by immigration officials before they entered the country, after worries their onstage behaviour would be a bad influence on young Australians.

Their enraged tour manager says: "They gave them a lesson on what not to do in Australia. It was utterly ridiculous.

"We are back to the dark ages."

The band has since complained to the authorities.

A Department of Immigration spokeswoman says: "If anyone believes they have been unduly lectured, then we take those allegations seriously and will investigate."
