Little guy gets bigger to take on McDonalds

Food, glorious food - well, not quite. In Super Size Me, a very healthy Morgan Spurlock tucks into McDonalds for a month and suffers the consequences as a panel of health experts monitor him regularly.

This is not just an attack on McDonalds, but the trend towards bigger portions and the food industry’s stake in ensuring you overeat. I don’t think I’ll ever again be able to eat a Big Mac.
