Documentaries are, happily, now firmly established as mainstream cinema entertainment, and this one, about the complex worldwide wine industry, adds another to the growing list.

Stunningly effective it is, too.

There's a lot of tosh talked about wine but Nossiter, a wine expert himself, gets his nose into all the right goblets to sniff out a tale of intrigue and colour.

The film is packed with interesting interviews and observations.
