So where does 007 go, now that the tux has been put away?
For Brosnan, one of the best James Bonds ever, it surely can’t be in the direction of this watery sunset?
It’s the sort of film done by numbers, and the tattered pages from an old script, as Bros plays a jewel thief who, with partner Hayek, has pulled one last great job and is living the good life of retirement in the Caribbean.
But then he’s bored with the sun and the lapping waves and gets to thinking there might be at least one more good job out there.
FBI agent (Harrelson), long on the trail, is out to finally nab our light-fingered pair.
It’s all so ho-hum, it has nothing worthwhile to get excited about; it’s just another waste of Brosnan’s talent and 100 minutes of raw film.
