Director Boyle takes part in Cinemagic festival

Danny Boyle, acclaimed director of Trainspotting, The Beach and Shallow Grave, will appear at Cinemagic, the Belfast-based World Screen Festival for Young People, which opens tomorrow.

Cinemagic is now firmly established as one of Europe’s great cinema celebrations for younger audiences, and Boyle will be in Northern Ireland for a Q and A session.

The Q and A is in conjunction with the screening of Millions, a film in which two boys find money from a bank robbery but have to spend it within a week before the United Kingdom goes euro.
