Stone warned of voice loss
English soul singer Joss Stone has been warned by doctors to cut back on her work schedule for fear of ruining her voice.
Medical experts have told You Had Me star, 17, to rest her trademark powerful tones, in a move to protect her voice and prevent career-threatening nodules from developing on her throat.
A source says: "Joss knows just how valuable a commodity her voice is. As soon as her doctor told her that her voice needed a rest, she didn't hesitate.
"She's still a young girl and she hopes she has a long career ahead of her - providing she doesn't overstretch things."
