Grant seeks privacy in America

Hugh Grant is reportedly planning a move to America - because he's furious about Britain's obsession with his flourishing Jemima Khan romance.

The Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason star has attempted to keep his relationship with the recently divorced socialite private, and hopes he will enjoy greater freedom in New York, reports British newspaper the Daily Star.

A close friend explains: "He is so much in the limelight. It was bad enough pre- Jemima, but now it's just ridiculous. He can't do anything now and what with Jemima spending so much time in New York, Hugh is seriously planning a move."
