Depeche Mode to bury feud
Fans fearing Depeche Mode had been irreparably torn apart by a feud between members Dave Gahan and Martin Gore are celebrating - the iconic 80s outfit are to record a new album.
Last year former heroin addict Gahan released a solo disc after threatening to quit Depeche Mode unless guitarist Gore was willing to give him more songwriting input.
He complained: "Martin sometimes even told me how to sing certain passages. I often felt like an instrument being used by others."
However, fansite depechemode.com reports Gore, Gahan and Andrew Fletcher will meet next month in California to discuss recording a
follow-up to 2001's Exiter.
