Anacondas lose the plot deep in the jungle

Jennifer Lopez starred in the first Anaconda; it was awful, and this one is even more so.

The plot - no, don't laugh - is terrible: a very, very large snake is found deep in a Borneo jungle and a big chemical corporation sends a group of people out to find the plant which makes it a very, very large snake.

This is supposed to be a spine-chilling horror, but it only horrifies when we consider why anyone thought it worth spending money on.

The cast, of largely unknowns, reminds one of Amateur Night in the Parish Hall, the script comes from someone who hasn't quite mastered joined-up writing, the special effects from someone who forgot to bring their crayons; avoid this junk at all costs since the only worthwhile things that could come from this Anaconda are a pair of shoes and a handbag!
