Williams lined up for Band Aid

Singing sensation Robbie Williams is being lined up to take part in recording sessions for charity fundraiser Band Aid III.

The Feel star is on organiser Midge Ure's wish-list, although it is not known whether Williams will agree.

One stumbling block is there could be problems with Oasis star Noel Gallagher's involvement, as the two men are widely known to dislike one another.

Ure says: "Robbie's part of my dream team but he is so big, we would have to make sure he didn't overshadow the whole thing."
