Minnie hopes for Springsteen's OK

Minnie Driver is desperate to hear Bruce Springsteen's verdict on her version of his Hungry Heart tune and fantasises that he stays up late listening to her.

The Good Will Hunting star has included her cover of her favourite Springsteen song on her debut album Everything I've Got In My Pocket and she hopes The Boss likes what he hears.

Driver says: "I figure he may have heard my version of his song by now. His wife's away on tour, so maybe he's had a few lonely nights and thought he would check out some crazy actress' version of one of his great tunes."
