Inside I’m Dancing is an interesting tale of searching for something more, from Irish director, Damien O’Donnell.

Several of the performers are quite excellent - Robertson and McAvoy in particular - in a comedy which doesn’t test the gray cells too much. It’s a well-meaning piece which falls short of total satisfaction.

Two young men in wheelchairs long to have some excitement in their restricted lives in a Dublin nursing home, and it comes in the shape of the not-by-the-rules Rory, whose life is dedicated to overturning apple-carts.

O’Donnell allows the slight story to develop at its own easy-going pace towards a predictable climax.
