Tributes for Reeve pour in

Tributes for Superman actor Christopher Reeve have come flooding in from family and friends.

Reeve, who died of heart failure on Sunday aged 52, was described as a "glorious example of triumph over everything" by his Superman co-star Margot Kidder.
