Graham a huge therapy fan

Hollywood actress Heather Graham loves making regular trips to her therapist - because she needs help to prevent her from worrying too much.

The Boogie Nights star is currently filming an eight-episode stint as a psychiatrist in American comedy series Scrubs, but admits she's just as happy being a patient.
