Hoffman plays cupid

Francis Ford Coppola's nephew Jason Schwartzman owes his romance with actress Zooey Deschanel to Hollywood superstar Dustin Hoffman.

Hoffman and Schwartzman worked together recently on upcoming movie I Heart Huckabees and when Hoffman met Deschanel during a play reading in LA, he invited her to the I Heart Huckabees set so that the pair could meet.

The couple have been inseparable ever since. Schwartzman tells website PageSix.com: "He set me up with my lady."
