George Michael takes 'bent' joke in stride

Pop star George Michael launched into a war of words with Ricky Gervais at Tuesday night's GQ Man of the Year Awards - after the comedian called him "bent".

The Office star Gervais made the cheeky remark while presenting Michael with a Lifetime Contribution award at the bash at London's Royal Albert Hall.

But the singer took the joke in good humour, and replied: "Thank you Ricky - you d*ckhead."
