Osbourne and Cowell in fresh spat

Rock matriarch Sharon Osbourne on Monday branded Simon Cowell an "a***hole" live on British daytime chat show This Morning.

Outspoken Osbourne - who is a judge alongside Cowell on UK talent show The X Factor - launched her fresh attack on the music mogul, to the horror of the programme's presenters Philip Schofield and Fern Britton.
