Stone rubbishes surgery rumours

Sharon Stone has publically denied having a facelift - by sticking her fingers up to her critics at a charity event.

The Basic Instinct beauty, 46, attended the bash thrown by Los Angeles Aids charity Project Angel Food, where she was honoured for her contribution, and stuck both her middle fingers up during her acceptance speech.
