Darkness fear they've lost it
The Darkness frontman Justin Hawkins is terrified the band's next album will fail to live up to the success of their debut LP and be "sh*t".
The British glam rockers burst into the charts last year with first release Permission to Land and even won fans in America.
But the band have been touring continuously since - and Hawkins fears they have become too jaded to make good music.
He says: "Somebody stole our joy. Joy was what set us apart, but somebody from the record company stole it. And now we want it back.
"We've done lots of things we know in our hearts we shouldn't have done."
