Van Halen sue baseball team

Rockers Van Halen are suing baseball team Baltimore Orioles in Maryland for pulling out of a deal which would bring the group to the stadium for a one-off show.

The group was on the verge of announcing the concert next month when the Orioles' management backed out.

Van Halen's promoters are calling for $2m (€1.6m) in damages.
