Arclight premiere The Country

Arclight Theatre Company will give the Irish premiere to Martin Crimp's The Country as its inaugural production on August 24.

A psychological thriller, the show is directed by Annabelle Comyn and received its world premiere in The Royal Court Theatre in May 2000.

It has subsequently been translated into many languages. Martin Crimp other plays include Cruel and Tender which has recently completed a successful run at The Young Vic, London, Face to the Wall, Attempts on her Life and The Treatment.
