Aguilera snapper says he was spat on

A photographer is suing Christina Aguilera, claiming he was spat upon and beaten up by her bodyguard. The alleged incident occurred after he took an unflattering picture of her leaving a Hollywood nightclub.

Celebrity photographer David Keeler's suit claims he was taking pictures of stars as they left a club on May 21 last year when he saw Christina emerge in the early hours. He allegedly took pictures of the artist who "appeared to be intoxicated and needed assistance walking to the car".
