Franz Ferdinand tickets go on sale on Saturday

Tickets for three Irish gigs by Scottish rockers Franz Ferdinand will go on sale on Saturday morning.

The band play Belfast's Ulster Hall on October 11 before two nights at the Olympia in Dublin on October 12 and 13. Tickets for all dates go on sale on Saturday at 9am.

Franz Ferdinand have also been nominated for this year’s coveted Mercury Music Prize; the winner of which will be announced on September 7.
