Ron Sexsmith brings his brand new album Retriever on the road in Ireland for his biggest ever Irish tour kicking off in Derry on September 2.

Recorded in London during last years’ baking hot summer and featuring contributions from Ed Harcourt on keyboards and Travis’s Neil Primrose on drums, Retriever is as fine a set of songs; romantic, optimistic and filled with warmth, humility and humanity.

Born in 1964, Sexsmith was inspired by the likes of Paul McCartney, John Hiatt and Elvis Costello to take up singing and songwriting. Those very same titans of music are now lauding his singing and songwriting.
