Carey dates employee

Singing superstar Mariah Carey is dating a member of her management team - whom she is "very close" to.

The Vision of Love singer, 34, who has previously romanced Luis Miguel and Eminem, met Mark Sudack during her Charmbracelet world tour and the pair are now dating.

A source says: "They met during Mariah's world tour. Mark used to work with La Reid at Arista and La brought him over to work at Def Jam. Mark was Mariah's 'house photographer' and travelled with her everywhere.

"They are very close and spend a lot of quality time not in the spotlight together."

As for Carey's duet with Kanye West, the source tells website PageSix.com: "It is amazing."
