Anastacia: Sharon and Elton helped me fight cancer

American singer Anastacia sought comfort with a host of celebrity friends during her recent battle with breast cancer - including Sharon Osbourne and Elton John.

The Sick and Tired star discovered she had the disease last year before making a full recovery, and found it especially comforting talking to Osbourne - because she was also suffering from cancer and understood the suffering involved.
