Britney's boudoir recreated in hotel

A Boston hotel is inviting guests to stay in a replica of Britney Spears' bedroom.

The singer's mother Lynne Spears designed the Onyx hotel room, which costs up to $349 (€285.30) per night. It includes Britney Spears CDs and a DVD of her 2002 movie Crossroads. The room's minibar is stocked with the 22-year-old's favourite snacks.

The off-white room has been decorated with glass-beaded wallpaper, gold-speckled walls and fairies to resemble the singer's bedroom in Kentwood, Louisiana. Also, once Britney's Curious fragrance line is released in September, the body wash and perfume will be provided in the room.

Ten per cent of the proceeds from the room's hire will be donated to the Britney Spears Foundation children's charity. The first guests to use the room were two 14-year-old radio contest winners.

The singer's latest tour, which was cut short in June when she injured her knee, was named after the hotel.
