Sex and the City co-star: 'Cattral's a bitch'

Sex and the City star Willie Garson has revealed the truth about rumours of a rift on the set of the hit show - insisting Kim Cattrall is a "bitch".

The show's six-year run - which ended this year - was continuously beset with reports co-stars Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker didn't get on, and that plans for a Sex And The City movie were scuppered by animosity between the two.
