Britney's man sued by car firm over missed payment

Britney Spears' new fiancé is being sued in California's small claims court for allegedly bouncing a cheque.

Kevin Federline is named in a lawsuit filed by bosses at car company Classic Chevrolet in Anaheim Hills, California, who claim the dancer owes them $1,600 (€1,300) for a truck.

Sources tell American scandal show Celebrity Justice that, because Federline was allegedly delinquent with the payments on the vehicle, it has been repossessed.
