R Kelly makes another travel request

Troubled R&B star R Kelly made an unexpected appearance in a Chicago, Illinois, court yesterday to ask for permission to travel again.

The singer, currently awaiting trial on child pornography charges, put in a request to perform in Michigan at the Detroit music festival on July 24, which would require him to leave Chicago on July 23 and return by July 26.
