Music fans hope for a sizzler at Rhythm Meltdown

Music fans will be heading to Co Cork this weekend for the 3rd Summer Rhythm Meltdown, which will showcase 10 music acts in Kinsale.

This year 10 acts will perform at the picturesque Blue Horizon bar, overlooking Garretstown Beach, just a few miles from the historic Cork town.

The bands performing on the night vary in style and include funk, reggae, blues and rock.

Performing this year are The Bleeding Blues Band, reggae band Sumu Collective, Bellyman, Smiling Machine, and in a blues funkin reggae style, Karma Parking.

Tickets for the event are priced at €15 and are available in DeBarra's of Clonakilty, Roots Records of Kinsale and will also be available on the door.
