Psychedelic rock group Pink Floyd are being sued by their former backing singer Clare Torry for royalties from their 1973 album Dark side the moon.

Singer/songwriter Torry claims she composed track four Great gig in the sky - which is named on the LP sleeve as having been written by bandmembers Roger Waters and Richard Wright.
