We have here another example of a fairly talentless man - former wrestling star, Dwayne Johnson, The Rock - pitchforked at us in the guise of an actor. Oh yeah!

This is a dire, uninteresting, thick-eared, mindless buddy cops yarn in which our heroes set about cleaning up the mean streets.

It's a film devoid of meaningful characters or depth … crawling low rather than walking tall.
