Dion plans day in a million for fan

French-Canadian superstar Celine Dion plans to honour the fan who buys the millionth ticket to her Las Vegas show with a succession of extraordinary prizes.

The lucky ticket holder will win a day with the singer and a "Live Like a Millionaire" luxury package at Caesar's Palace, which includes two nights in a luxury suite, a shopping spree at the Celine Dion Boutique, limousine service, two front-row seats at Dion's show, and more than €2,500 in Caesars Palace gaming chips.
