Franz Ferdinand singer pursued by Moss

Franz Ferdinand singer Alex Kapranos has been spotted with supermodel Kate Moss, who appears to be besotted with the Scottish star after his weekend gig at Britain's Glastonbury festival.

Moss, 30, is reportedly so smitten with the Take Me Out star, 29. After chatting to him at the music festival, she has agreed to meet up for a second date.

A source says: "Kate is lovely and has known the band for ages, so Alex was shocked, but happy that she paid him so much attention.

"Kate seemed pretty keen to impress the whole band in Glastonbury, but she made a particular beeline for Alex.

"It appears to have worked, because the pair have planned a date for the very near future.

"Alex is exactly her type of man. He's cool, good-looking and most of all would fit into her north London crowd like a glove."
