Report: Jackson accuser on his own when drunk
A new report claims Michael Jackson's child molestation accuser was alone when he got drunk at the superstar's Californian home - contradicting accusations the singer plied him with alcohol before abusing him.
Sources close to Jackson claim teenager Gavin Arvizo and his siblings were seen drinking vast quantities of alcohol at the singer's Neverland ranch home in Santa Barbara, according to a report on ABC News.
The insiders also claim Arvizo's mother was often present when the children were drinking and did nothing to stop it.
Jackson denies committing a lewd act on a child, administering an intoxicating agent and conspiring to commit child abduction, false imprisonment and extortion.
The information will likely be used to bolster Jackson's defence against claims he gave the boy alcohol and deny accusations he knew Arvizo was consuming booze in his presence.
