O'Hara to be honoured at Galway Fleadh

Veteran Irish actress Maureen O'Hara will be honoured at the coming Galway Film Fleadh with a screen tribute and a civic reception by Galway City Council.

The Fleadh takes place next month and O'Hara will be joined by stars including Olivia Tracey, Colin's sister Catherine Farrell, Sean McGinley, Pat Shortt and Fionnuala O'Flanagan.

Flame-haired O'Hara made her name in classics as Rio Grande and the The Quiet Man alongside John Wayne.
