Court action over explicit flick Nine Songs

Director Michael Winterbottom’s film production company is being taken to court over his sexually-explicit new film Nine Songs.

The movie features actors having real sex, causing a stir at the Cannes Film Festival, but it is now the subject of a court action by distributors Tartan Films.
