Crude comedy tests limits of taste

THE only thing frightening about Scary Movie 3 (starring Charlie Sheen) is how crude and crass people are willing to be in the name of humour.

Not content with a liberal sprinkling of racist and handicap jokes, this film throws in some Mother Teresa gags, a few paedophile priest skits and a tasteless reference to Michael Jackson’s relationships with young boys.

Some of the jokes manage to raise a smile or two, but most of them miss the target by a country mile

There’s no point in trying to outline the plot; there just isn’t one.
