Halle wins ban on stalker

A man has been ordered to stay away from Halle Berry, who alleged that he stalked her.

Superior Court Judge Linda Lefkowitz granted a preliminary injunction that bars Greg Broussard from coming within 100 yards of the actress, her manager or publicist.

The Oscar-winning Monster’s Ball star and her associates were not in court in Santa Monica, California, yesterday.

Broussard allegedly tried to contact Berry, 35, by telephone and fax.
