Potter magic's Irish connections

There is a strong Irish connection to the Harry Potter films, the third of which - Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - is in cinemas now and the fourth of which - Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire - is being shot in London.

Dubliner Michael Gambon has replaced the late Limerick-born Richard Harris as Professor Dumbledore, and Kenneth Branagh starred in an earlier Potter adventure.
